SIS 2011 Cardiology Nurse/Tech Symposium

The SIS Cardiology Nurse/Tech Symposium is committed to providing the highest quality educational activities using a variety of traditional and non-traditional learning modalities. A combination of didactic presentations, clinical case scenarios, panel discussion, and hands-on BioSkills sessions will be used to impart the latest information to attendees. These activities will enhance each attendee's knowledge, skills, judgment, and attitude in today's complex and ever-changing health care environment. This comprehensive program will give attendees the breadth of knowledge and skill they will need to effectively assist the cardiologist in the cath lab, the surgeon in the operating room and the patient at the bedside.

The target audience for this program includes cardiology nurses, ARNPs, PA-Cs, cath lab technicians, and allied health care workers who manage cardiovascular patients in the cath lab, operating room, ICU, CCU, telemetry and other associated areas.
